I was a very nervous patient and he made sure I understood what was happening without overwhelming me with jargon. Excellent.

Very calming nature, clear explanation and provided good distraction/conversation throughout.

What a lovely friendly and amiable doctor to talk to, at a nervous time prior to an operation of any description, how reassuring to know that you are in good hands. Talking of which, my awkward veins did not defeat him and 3rd time lucky managed to get a canula into my arm, well done !! Was dreading to wake up to nausea and sickness, true to his word, he promised me anti-sickness drugs and a big THANKYOU for making my recovery on this occasion a better experience.

Dr. Das put me totally at ease prior to my breast cancer surgery by informing me of what he would be doing. His manner was second to none. I was very anxious having never had surgery before and quite worried about the effects of the anaesthetic. I have a phobia about being sick and I'm so happy to say I didn't even feel nauseous after the op. He also was so helpful when I informed him of my ongoing problem I have with migraines and headaches and gave me some information relating to new medication I could possibly try. So very helpful. Would certainly recommend him and would have no hesitation about being in his care in the future. He has taken away my fear.

I had had a very traumatic experience of an epidural in 2008 and did not want to have one when I had my knee replaced on May 16th. I was adamant but he was such a good listener he persuaded me to let him try. I felt totally at ease trusting that he would do what he promised and give me a general if there was any pain. I had the surgery with the epidural and now know that I can have anaesthesia that way in the future should I need to. I felt it was a partnership, me and him rather than a dr doing what he wanted regardless.
